Hi there! My sister, Rosie and myself are looking for two she/her or they/them identifying roommates. We are seeking two individuals, no couples, around the ages of 20-30 years old. We have two rooms available for rent in a house on the eastside of Bend off of Pettigrew.

My name is Ivy, I am 25 years old, graduated from college with a degree in psychology. I work as a barista and bartender at a local restaurant and enjoy reading, yoga, rock climbing, and watching movies. Rosie is 20 years old and currently in school with aspirations of becoming a nurse. She also works as a barista and enjoys playing soccer, spending time in coffee shops, and playing card games with her friends. We are looking for friendly, motivated, and considerate people to share our space. We are striving to create an open, accepting environment fueled by clear communication and collaboration.

The house is a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom space. We currently have two rooms available. The first is the master bedroom which includes your own bathroom and a walk in closet. We are asking $1,000 for the master. The other room is slightly smaller with a shared bathroom between three people. We are asking $800 for this room. The price of both rooms includes all utilities including wifi, electric, gas, water, and trash. Shared spaces include a kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a backyard. Shared spaces, including the kitchen and living room will be furnished, but bedrooms will not.

We would like to have roommates who share our values of kindness and community in a drama and conflict free atmosphere. It is important to us to have parameters in place, such as chore schedules and house meetings so that everyone in the household can feel comfortable and heard while maintaining a clean environment that is equally contributed to. Although we are not enforcing a no-alcohol or marijuana policy, we value being responsible and are not tolerant of ilicit drug use or unhealthy patterns of use and behaviors. Ultimately, we expect our roommates to be respectful of the shared space and self-aware of how your actions impact those living with you. You can also expect this of us in return as we want anyone we live with to feel safe and supported.
