One private bedroom furnished with full sized bed with wooden bedframe and mattress, bedside table with lamp, walk-in closet and standing lamp. Own bathroom right next to room with full bath/shower with cabinet space. Fully furnished apartment with kitchen table, a shared living room space with couch and TV. Welcome to use dishes and cooking appliances, (respectfully), and kitchen will include your own cabinet for storage space. Laundry in unit, (please be willing to provide and keep your own laundry, toiletries, towels and cleaning products in your respected areas). Unit comes with one parking space which is assigned to owner; there is visitor parking, as well as street parking, (if needed). Condo is located in Black Rock, Bridgeport. Unit is conveniently in the first building upon entry to the condos, on the third floor with both elevator and stair access. Close to gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, quick access to 95. Fairfield beaches, St. Mary’s by the Sea & Ash Creek are all close by as well. I expect a very neat, quiet and respectful roommate who is willing to keep their personal spaces clean as well as share tidying responsibilities of shared spaces, as well as contribution to shared items for the household eg paper towels, cleaning products for kitchen. Utilities not included.
