Owner posting here. Looking for a tenant in one of the private spacious rooms in a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom house located in the outer sunset San Francisco.

This listed room is $1,200 a month which includes internet and utilities. This room is unfurnished, clean, spacious, has a nice simple closet that looks over our small backyard that has a garden and lemon tree .

This room has good lighting and is nestled in the back area of the house.

The bathroom is about 5-6 feet away from bedroom door and is clean, quaint and shared. The kitchen is about 15 feet down the hall from bedroom door and is clean, offers oven, stove, fridge, plenty of cabinet space and is shared.

The house is about a 3 min drive from ocean beach and about 2 min from golden gate park. We have tons of free street parking directly in front of the house. There is almost never an issue finding parking. You can say we are very lucky!

My name is Brittany :) I am a 32 year old small business owner in the health and wellness industry. I have lived in this house for about 10 years and work from home. My boyfriend, small dog and I live in the front of the house. We are looking to rent out the other 2 rooms in the home as they are not being used.
