Seniors helping seniors. Looking for a roommate to share a brand new, gut-rehab apartment in a very convenient location- Belle Plaine and Kedvale. This is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit on the 3rd floor. You can walk to the Blue Line (Irving Park stop) or Metra Train and easy access to expressway for car travels. Abundance of windows for plenty of natural light, nice rear deck area can fit a bistro table and chairs. Your share of rent would be $1,000 and small amount for electric plus cable, internet. Building has radiator heat which is included in the rent. In-unit washer and dryer. No interior pics yet since the unit is about two-thirds done. You will be able to do a unit walk-thru to see the layout and room sizes. They expect ready for delivery in mid-April or May.

I am a male in my 60’s, prefer an older person, male or female. At this time in life, being conservative with housing expenses, so primary reason for trying this. I have lived in building for 6 years in a 1 Bedroom, seeking a move to this larger unit. I take pride in being respectful with others and ensuring that both of us are trustworthy.
