Brandon's room

Room for rent. It is monthly contract and available immediately. You can move in anytime! No pets allowed. There is a pool in the backyard and kitchen and garage access. All utilities included: PGE, water, garbage, internet. First month’s rent and deposit due upon move in $1000. Thank you!

There are currently four males and one female, all working professionals who live at the property. One is in the master bedroom and the other four share a common bathroom. They are all easy to get along with and spend the majority of their time in their rooms or poolside relaxing when they are not at work.
