newly mobile home 3/2 with washer/Dyer and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful quiet area and 15 minutes from the beach. closed in patio and the best neighbors you can ask for. we have a community pool with monthly activity. I am very clean and look for the same. All appliances are new and rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. I am currently working on clearing them out so you will see photos of rooms furnished.

No Roomies at this time. I am a union iron worker that works at the Cape as a Superintended. I don’t usually go out and I am looking for someone quiet, clean and has a job. I am down to earth kind of guy really lax drama free. I know it’s expensive with getting a place now a days so I hope I can help out 2 people in need of a place to rent.
