Are super sweet roommate is moving to France and now we are looking for somebody new and awesome, healthy, CLEAN, kind and peaceful to harmonize with our beautiful home. The room size is 8 by 10 feet, fits a twin (very comfortably) and a full size bed (what’s shown in the picture) & comes unfurnished, with a closet. The bathroom is shared with 2 other girls who are very clean and rarely home. There are 3 bathrooms in the house overall so there is always a bathroom available. There are 4 rooms in the house and only 1 person per room. Everybody is allowed to use the kitchen as long as they clean up after themselves. We have an in-unit washer and dryer.

The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, and the neighbors are friendly too. We have 7 fruit trees on the property also a garage, a driveway, and plenty of street parking.

-Open to a month-to-month, somebody who is clean and is able to manage at least one chore to help out the house. Somebody with a POSITIVE attitude, healthy, and overall good vibes.

-No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance. -No smoking! -Zero drama and harassment policy -Steady job and proof of income. -No pets (love animals but unfortunately we cant have them stay)

Utilities are not included (wifi, gas, electric). Utilities average from $50-$100 (the highest being in the summer when we use AC). We maintain quiet hours from 11pm-9am.

$650 security deposit & 1st month rent due upon move-in date

As of right now the house is an all women house, we’re all mature, kind hearted women who get a long with each other well and are looking for somebody who we can all vibe with, but we all also appreciate our own alone time too. The house a peaceful place with a good balance of introverted and extroverted moments. We respect everybody’s space and are hoping to find somebody who will be a great addition to our home. Somebody who wants to live in a space that feels like a home and doesn’t mind helping with things like chores.
