I am in search of a like minded roommate. I am a male in early 30’s. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath. I work 2 jobs and hardly home. I am looking for a roommate that needs help, like I do to get back on my feet. 6 month- 9month lease/agreement. I live in an HOA gated community with a pool, spa and laundry on site. Full kitchen privilege’s. I will require a background check and employment history. Credit is not an issue, just no eviction. You can set up the living room with a bed dresser etc however you like.
