We’re located 2 blocks away from the C line, a 5 minute walk to the D line, 6 minute walk to the B line, and a couple blocks away from the 86 and 51 buses (Cambridge, JP, and Allston). There’s a CVS, Starbucks, Dunkin, and handful of restaurants just a couple blocks away but the apartment itself is on a quiet residential street behind Beacon. Free street parking is available and quite easy to find right outside of the apartment if needed.

The apartment includes two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, living room, fairly large kitchen with space to eat, a small balcony overlooking Beacon Street, and in-unit laundry. Heat and hot water are included in rent, which is $2700/month total.

The room that will be available 6/1 is roomy with bay windows, wood floors, and a large closet.
