I am relisting this because I had someone just back out on me right before we were to sign the lease!! So I need someone ASAP! Current roommate leaves in 2 weeks! My lease ends the 31st and I need someone new by the 31st to sign the renewal lease.

$50 application fee $312.50 for the last half of Julys rent. (if moved in between the 15th - 22nd) August is when the $800 for rent and utilities will start.

I am looking for a female roommate to occupy the upcoming free room in my apartment when my current roommate moves out! (She leaves July 14th) The price per month is an estimated price for rent and all other utilities and bills

This available room is in a 2 bed, 2 bath 1,100 sq ft second floor apartment! It’s the master bedroom with a bathroom attached! The bathroom has a shower stall shower. The room is pretty spacious and currently fits a queen size bed, storage furniture and a desk just fine with plenty of open space in the room.

The other bedroom and bathroom would be mine. There is a covered parking place that comes with the apartment but since I have the smaller room and not a private bathroom, I will be using the covered parking space. But there is uncovered parking available for you and guests!

I have a lot of furniture that also comes with the apartment. There is a kitchen table and chairs, a couch, tv stand and small tv. Some cube organization shelves and a bookshelf. I wouldn’t mind sharing if you needed it as extra space to organize stuff. A end table. I hope to add a coffee table and a reading chair.

This apartment also comes with a washer and dryer and full functioning kitchen with pantry. Currently the kitchen space is divided in half for both my roommate and I. There is a hallway linen closet, a small and a large coat closet. The large one does have some of my things in it and isn’t all that shareable. But the smaller closet and linen closet will have room to share!

This apartment is on the older side but still in good condition, though maintenance does have to come out sometimes to fix small drips and leaks in the kitchen and bathrooms. The wear and tear is what you would normally see in an older apartment building.

Because it’s an older building, there isn’t a club house or pool. It has a little playground and tennis court, with a basketball hoop. Plenty of grasses areas as well. The building is also animal friendly!

Hi, my name is Angela and I am looking for someone to fill the other room in my apartment when my current roommate moves out in July. (Apartment will be available, July 15th). I am a 25 year old nerd who loves reading, watching anime and dressing up in costume. I go to conventions regularly and currently I am constantly listening to or reading a book. I love to hang out with my friends so my apartment is a constant hang out space for my friends and I. We usually like to just hang out and chat or watch some tv and movies together. I would make sure to let my new roommate know when they would be coming over and we can find a way to make it work for both of us!

I do have adhd so sometimes I can be cluttered because of it but I am working on making sure to keep that clutter to my bedroom and not in the main area. I try to get dishes done the day I use them, if not I will get them done with in a few days. How my current roommate and I handle it, is there are two sinks so one is hers and one is mine so there will always be room for you to use the sink! I am not much of a cook but I am trying to get better at that too, so I will be using the kitchen more as time goes on to meal prep during the week! I do spend a lot of my time out in the main area as my bedroom can be to small for me at times. I like to hang out on the couch or eat out at the table! So I won’t be tucked away in my room very often.

I am looking for someone who is communicative and is willing to work together to make living together work for both of us!
