Charming 3 bedroom older farmstand house with 1.5 bath on 5 acres located in Yelm but lots of privacy! Close to transit. There are 2 rooms upstairs. On the smaller side attic style no closets. private and each has it’s own sink / cabinet. Lots of light. Large room is $800 and the small room is $750 rent is all inclusive.
About the roomies
You would be sharing with Young 50’s female. Open and easy going. There are 3 indoor / outdoor cats which are are rescued and are skittish and shy, so no other pets preferred. Because of the cats I will clean main areas.
