I am renting out one or two of my spare bedrooms in my Home This is a roommate Scenario

It backs up to the Second Creek open space, seconds from walking/ biking trails, restaurants and other businesses. Enjoy an amazing view of the mountains and sunsets. Very convenient to 470 and I76. Located 23 min to Denver (RiNo arts district) and 10 min to DIA.

You will have your own private upstairs bedroom (street facing). It has its own large Dual sink, Shower/tub bathroom. You would have use of the shared Kitchen, furnished living room and One vehicle driveway parking spot. (You would not have use of the Garage, unless other arrangements are made, additional cost). $1500 for one bedroom (single) or $2200 for 2 bedrooms (couples)

The home is equipped with whole house water filtration system, A soft water system (amazing showers and bathing), and a dedicated reverse osmosis filtration system for drinking water.

The home is equipped with a brand-new furnace and AC. Featuring an Air Scrubber (UV light filtration), Air Ranger (polarized-media electronic air cleaner) and Whole house HVAC humidifier, resulting in Hospital quality clean air.

Access to the large community pool and Kid pool. A short walk from the House.

Utilities will be split monthly and typically run $120-$200 per person, depending on time of year.

Lease length is negotiable. Short term lease will increase pricing.

Dogs and cats (max 2) are allowed but must be house trained and well monitored. ($300 per pet non-refundable fee)
