I was the renter of this house since 2020, but purchased it towards the end of 2024. I have one other room mate/tennant here as well as of May. The current rent is $1000 a month, total, which includes all the utilities including internet, and quarterly extermination services (to keep any potential pests outside).

This house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. My bedroom has a bathroom but the other 1.5 baths are in the shared space. There is a fenced backyard with a gazebo. We are in a quiet suburb that is a 30 minute walk to downtown Gettysburg.

The house has gas heat and central air. Has a garage, car port, and street parking. House also has a decent sized kitchen and pantry, a breakfast nook, dining room, fireplace room, and large family room as well as a basement.

Please note, I am a podcaster, painter, and writer, so a sizable portion of the basement is used for that. I also have a large newfoundland dog (weighs over 100 lbs), she is super friendly towards people, loves kids, dogs, but she has never had any close contact with a cat.

I am a work from home consultant so I’m here most of the time. On weekends I tend to travel to conventions, as I write comic books and paint.

As previously mentioned, I am a podcaster so I have a studio built in the basement. Both the dogs living in the house are super sweet and very chill. Mine is a big teddy bear, and the room mates dog is a sweetie.

The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are all incredibly nice.
