Listing a room in my home for rent for one individual (currently only one individual living in the home). Private bathroom for your own use, along with communal office, family room, kitchen, garage, and half bath. Kitchen, family room, and garage are fully furnished. Monthly rate includes all utilities in (trash, WiFi, water, gas, electricity, community dues). Will require a background and credit check prior to execution of Lease Agreement. The lease would be month to month, or thru December 31, 2023 the latest. No drugs, smoking, or excessive alcohol. Currently one single man in his early 40’s living in the home, and is a working professional who travels occasionally. Looking for someone respectful, very clean, responsible, and not loud. Right across the street from Nike and Tektronics and a short drive to Silicon Forest. Gyms, restaurants, shopping mall, and grocery stores all within walking distance.

This is a 3BR house with only 1 roommate. The roommate that is currently there is a working professional in his early 40’s. He travels a lot and works most of the day. He cooks maybe once a week, and is very quiet and clean. He would like someone who is clean and keeps the communal areas clean.
