Very close to City Park! Choose between a carpeted bedroom with a sun room or a bedroom with wooden flooring. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining/living room with good lighting. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood. (I don’t remember the exact number for the security deposit; I will have to check and update it later)

My needs: I am a quiet person who is sensitive to noise and smells. I would strongly prefer to have no loud music or partying, so if you are into that, please find a different roommate. My job as an online English teacher does mean that I’m typically yapping in my room for 3-9 hours a day in both the morning and the evenings, but I think if I move my office to the sun room, the noise will not carry. We can always discuss room arrangements to find the best solution for both of us.

Pros of living with me: I’m very accommodating and solicitous. I will genuinely care about your well-being, and will love to ask you about your day, how you have been doing, etc. It’s hard for me to live with someone without wanting to treat them like family. I thrive on collaboration and communication, so as long as you can communicate your needs clearly, I will do my best to make the living environment harmonious for both of us. Living with a roommate is HARD; there’s no sugarcoating it. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is kind and emotionally mature. The rest can be negotiated :)

Additional info: I am completely sober (not 420 friendly). I typically do not invite people over to the apartment, and will give you advance notice if I do.
