Our condo is part of a set of townhouses. We are the very first tenants to live in it since it’s a new neighborhood. There are a couple of parks within walking distance and a clubhouse that contains a pool + spa and pickleball court. For parking, we have a two-car garage and there’s a decent amount of outdoor public parking that’s rarely overcrowded.

Room/common area/utility details: The bedroom is 115.5 sqft, and the ensuite bathroom is 41.31 sqft.

We have our own washer+dryer, central ac/heating & HVAC unit, and Cox Gigablast internet that gives us download speeds of 950Mbps which is nice for working from home!

Utilities include Water+Gas+Internet, totalling to about $50 per person per month. Waste Management also bills us every few months for about $15 per person. No HOA fees.

Pet info: There are lots of pets in the neighborhood, especially dogs. We currently have a cat and would be open to another cat or dog!
