Xiao's room

I have a one bedroom available now. You need shared bathroom with another female ( double sinks) at nice and quiet neighborhoods areas . House location at Moreno Valley Beach near the 60 freeway. 2 mi away Moreno Valley college. This house lived all females. Rent fee is $800 for one person . For a couple will be a $1000/ month. Rent fee included utilities and WiFi. Deposit fee $300 (refundable ) . Room is furnished. Full size bed, mattress ,table and chair are included . Also have a table and chair. You can full access to the kitchen , laundry room, backyard and Drive way parking available. No couples. No overnight guests . No smoking. No drugs. No parties and drama fee at this house. I can accept cat but will be extra $50 a month charge. It’s very peaceful quiet for living place . I will like to welcome someone who is respectful and neat full time employee. If selected for the room , you will need to show proof of ur ID & summit ur last 2 paystubs . Tour is available for this room.

She worked at warehouse at 5 days a week night shifts. She stays in her room the most time and you can barely see her.
