About the room
Unfurnished bedroom in my beautiful home located in North Natomas. The bedroom (private) and bathroom (shared) are on the second floor and you share the bathroom with one other roommate. The room is unfurnished but has a ceiling fan/light, shelving on the wall, and closet with sliding doors. You would have access to the shared kitchen which includes all the necessary pots, pans, and cookware. The loft and laundry room are on the second floor. The loft will have a desk, couch, and small kitchen table, providing a semi private space. Requirements Employment verification (recent pay stubs) month to month OK. No Pets
About the roomies

A 60 year old business sales professional (male). Works a typical work schedule and loves to cook!
A 40 yr old IT professional (male) working with a typical work schedule. On his off time he loves to dance and travel. You share the same bathroom with this individual.
A 40 year old (female) working in the healthcare field and some freelance work. Enjoys working out and golfing.
