unfurnished bedroom in my beautiful home located in North Natomas. The bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. The room is unfurnished but has a ceiling fan/light, shelving on the wall, and closet with sliding doors. You would have access to the shared kitchen which includes all the necessary pots, pans, and cookware. The loft and laundry room are on the second floor. The loft will have a desk, couch, and small kitchen table, providing a semi private space. Requirements Employment verification (recent pay stubs) month to month OK. No Pets
