This is a charming home in a very nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bedrooms available are conveniently on the first floor. Two pellet stoves keep us nice and cozy all winter! One and a half baths (so you won’t get stuck waiting for others). Nice yard with fire pit, patio area and gardens. Great location - minutes from Mass pike, 84, tons of trails, paddling and nature spots. Also within a couple minute walk of a convenience store and great breakfast place. Cats/pets welcome. Very chill environment and we welcome any outdoor projects / gardening interests you may have! We like to do things collaboratively and enjoy interaction, but are also totally cool with introverts! You’ll be great fit if you are responsible and respectful to other roomies, property and neighbors. We have strong relationships with neighbors, and there are kids in the area, so we expect roommates to conduct themselves as if their family members lived next door. There is a lot of opportunity for enjoying time outside, as well as lounging in the open areas of this open floor-plan house. We are new to this house and have a lot of plans for adding more perks to it. Laundry is shared, and also on the 1st floor. In addition to fridge, there is a large standing freezer for extra food storage. The bedrooms are different sizes, and I am willing to adjust the price depending on which room you choose. All house members will split the utilities evenly (heat & electric). The pellet stoves end up being a bit cheaper than other heating sources.

One very laid back young man (30y/o). I’m very close with the surrounding neighbors. I’m seeking two cool roommates to help make this a fun, relaxing place to live, and extra points if you are interested in helping me achieve my dream of growing lots of food here on the land (but no pressure, if that’s not your thing). I’m am a big nature lover and like to have friends over for fires and games out in the yard - you’re always welcome to join in! I currently have no pets, but am a cat lover, and would welcome a cat or 2 to the home. I’m allergic to long-haired dogs though, sadly. I may sometimes work from home during the week. Aside from those times, feel free to make music / noise. I hope for this to be a collaborative, fun, joyful, interactive living situation, and I also appreciate quiet/alone time and intend to respect whatever you prefer. I hope to make decisions by household agreement and ensure everyone is heard. I grew up in this area and am happy to recommend/show you great swimming holes or areas for pretty much any other activity you might be into.
