Hey, my name is Alicia Olmsted and I have a room for rent starting April May. It’s a 2-bedroom 1 bath quadplex with an in-unit washer and dryer and shared back yard. Located in Wheatridge, CO, about a 15 min drive to the heart of Denver. Rent is 750/person not including utilities and you would have your own parking spot

About me: I am 28 years old and looking for a female to move in, someone that I could ideally be friends with. I have a 3-year-old cat who is very friendly and well behaved so other animals are okay but must be friendly and well behaved. I work for Denver Water and looking for someone around my age who likes to have fun and go adventures with. I am an avid snowboarder, I love outdoor activities like camping, hiking, rafting, paddleboarding. I love concerts, movies, dancing, cooking, and hanging with my friends. I am very open minded and looking for a like-minded individual.
