This second floor, fully furnished room is located in Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego. There are four rooms total, and this room has a shared bathroom. This is a female only home with two occupants currently. My cat Finn lives in the house with us so keep that in mind f you have an allergy! Street parking is available as well as kitchen and laundry room access. This room overlooks the city and has a distant view of the ocean on clear days. A $1000 security deposit is required upfront for any damage or cleaning needed, any not used will be refunded upon moving out.
