About the apartment:

• Spacious, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2nd/top floor (no upstairs neighbors)
• Your bedroom is HUGE (10x16 ft, not including the 2 large closets which are 2x4 ft each), with wood floors and large east-facing windows that get the morning sun.
• With the exception of your large bedroom, the apartment is comfortably furnished, has a fully outfitted kitchen, and is warmly decorated.
• Second floor balcony, adorned with many plants and shaded by a cherry tree
• Month-to-month lease (although I am looking for a long term roommate)
• A spot in the parking lot may be available if you decide to register your vehicle with management- but parking is 1st come, 1st serve. (Unregistered vehicles towed.) Street parking is usually pretty easy. -Parking lot has a security gate with key card entry

Bonus I have multiple plots in a nearby community garden. I am happy to share one of those plots with you, at no additional cost to you.
