I enjoy hiking, board games, video games, working out and adventures. I have a dog named Ivy. She is 25 lb., 2 years old, cuddly, friendly, and playful. Looking for a roommate that is clean, has steady income, professional, does not party, no pets, and no drugs. Roommate can be guy or girl as long as we get along and respect each other. I live in a 1000 sq.ft., two bed, one bath, second floor, condo. Located at Unicorn Way, Clifton New Jersey 07011. Monthly rent is $1,100. Room has two closets. There is AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Utilities (electricity + internet) are additional $60-90 a month depending on season. Free parking in the lot. Bus stop outside parking lot.
