About us 2 gay professional males (couple) 38/50 and 1 professional male in his mid 20’s. We keep a clean home with a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and a washer-dryer. The rent is $1,650 including all utilities, including water, gas, trash, fiber internet, 4+ streaming services, and use of all common areas. We also have a shared tandem parking space. We start with a month-month lease, with the potential for longer-term. (Male preferred) this room is for one person only.

Absolutely NO drugs, smoking, or bringing the party home. This is a quiet peaceful home, and as much as we love pets, pets are not allowed.(severe allergies)
