Duane's room

I’d like to rent it out on a short term basis for $35 per night to someone (one person) who could use it.

The large upstairs area of this house (which is two rooms, like a studio room with a separate private bedroom) is what I am renting out as one unit. It is a neat fully furnished private area that leads up from the hallway of the downstairs are and then upstairs into a nice private den-like setting. The quiet bedroom area is furnished with a flat screen TV, large dresser, closet and quality Queen bed and sheets.

I am sorry but just one person is what I am seeking as it would be a great way to entertain the thought of a more long-term situation. This room is ideal and house housed working Travel nurses and other professional people that need their quiet time. That is something that could be cherished here in a short-term situation as well.

I do have a very decent sized downstairs room option that can be discussed if appropriate for a pet or other reason that would be slightly less money. There is storage available if need be.

The large backyard is fenced and I have an amazing older Border Collie who gets along with everyone and everything. If you have a dog, good for you and I like. But, I / we have a floor and carpet upstairs that is something that needs to be treated respectfully by a responsible owner…as if it were your home.

I am off of Centennial between Mohawk and Pioneer Parkway.

Clean / Wi-Fi and privacy. New appliances and a new washer and dryer. Nice neighborhood.

A respectful person is a must. Not wanting a bunch of people in and out, yet it is a fun environment… just not all the “strays.”

I apologize in advance if I can’t answer every email personally. Please help me understand a little about yourself in the initial email so I am not having to write back and forth to dig for information. We would be sharing a house together and I have to know who you be(?!). Harmony is mandatory at the very basic level as is integrity and respect… Having fun and a smile is sure important too!
