The rent is around 600-650 with utilities included. The property is located in a neighborhood with auburn only a 5-10 minute drive. The room has a connected full bathroom. There is a laundry room with laundry machines. The kitchen has a fridge along with an electric stove with a dishwasher. The room does not include furniture apart from the living and dining rooms which is shared.

There are two other roomies with both of us being 18 years old and seeking someone with a close age to. We are both Vietnamese and plan to go to Samuel Gin college of Engineering at Auburn University. We are pretty chill mostly hanging in our rooms and we tend to be more on the neat side. No-Smokers.
