About the room

I have a room and bathroom available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Lantana Uptown apartment building in downtown. The unit is fully updated with a small living/dining room area and an incredibly large patio.
Your bathroom is massive, with a very large soaking tub, and your closet in the bedroom is very large as well.
The layout is great as it affords both of us a lot of privacy. There is a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer.
The building itself has really nice amenities including a gym, courtyard, bike storage, and parking (for a fee).
Small-medium size decently trained dogs are very welcome as my pup needs a friend to hang out with!
About the roomies
About me: I’m a WFH tech professional with a 7 year old greyhound who is super gentle and kind. I’m 420 friendly, respectful, clean, chill and considerate. I’ll be here most of the day and night during the week, but the weekends I’ll probably be gone for the most part.
