Gated community on the southwest side of Longmont. Clean complex, first floor. Cubby corner for office/computer area. Nice pool in summertime. Workout room is lacking a bit. Rent includes access to cable and internet. Also apartment is secured with Xfinity Home. Washer and dryer in apartment as well. Limited room for additional furniture outside of personal room and bathroom. A garage may be available for an additional cost if needed for storage. Furniture remaining in room will be gone upon move-in.

Divorced father of two, out-of-the-home, young adult daughters. I have an older dog, but he is still active with plenty of walks and enjoys his chew toys. I’m tidy and keep mostly to myself. I work quite a bit doing gig-work at the moment, so my free time is limited. I enjoy going to baseball games in the summer, golfing, hiking when the weather warms up. Otherwise, I game in my free time.
