Hey I’m Savannah. I’m looking for a clean and friendly roommate to join us in our calm and aesthetic home. It’s a private bedroom. $650/mo + $100/mo utilities. $750 security deposit required. You can also choose to have it furnished for an extra fee. We have two bathrooms in the house that are shared by all tenants (I have my own in the master). Perfect for students or working professionals. We’re very close to BMW and the airport. Full use of the kitchen, two refrigerators, upstairs laundry, and backyard amenities such as fire pit, barbecue, lounge etc. community TV downstairs. We have a plum tree and a herb garden in the backyard. i’m planning on planting a lot of vegetables this spring too. HOA neighborhood, community pool, security system, ring doorbell, driveway parking, keyless entry. Females only please; males will not be considered. No children, no pets. No smoking. I spend a good amount of time cooking so kitchen is well equipped with tools that I’m happy to share. Contact me to set up a tour!

We are all clean, considerate, and welcoming. We are all females in our 20s. Very friendly with each other but we all work a lot so we tend to keep to ourselves at home. We occasionally have friends over but no overnight guests please. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
