Hello – I’m seeking a roommate to move into a spacious English basement unit with a full-size bathroom in District Heights, MD (dates are flexible). The tenant must be clean, professional (student or career), and not mind sharing a washer and dryer and the kitchen (separate refrigerators) with the upstairs roommate (a single mother of two children).

The master bedroom boasts an open floor plan and plenty of natural light -Private bathroom -Shared washer and dryer units -Central air conditioning/heating -Separate front and rear entrances. -Common area space includes the dining room, kitchen (separate refrigerator), and guest bathroom (upstairs). -Comes with parking in the carport in the backyard or in front of the house.

The mother and children are neat and clean and do not make much noise. Due to work, school, and extracurricular activities, they’re time at home is minimal home.

Public transportation is just steps away. Minutes to Joint Base Andrews, Bolling, and 20 minutes from the National Harbor. Easy access to Beltway, Suitland Parkway, and downtown DC.

The street is very quiet and friendly. A single mother of two children lives upstairs - they are quiet, neat, and clean. Any future tenant would be able to cohabitate with them.
