2700sq ft home with a massive back yard. We will have 2 extra rooms upstairs with its own restroom and massive upstairs game room. Both bedrooms are already funrished- though we are only renting one room out at a time. Option is there for you on which one you’d like to use. Photos are of the plan we are building. My partner and I have 3 dogs. Super friendly just curious at first. They will love anyone. I swear, if you give them a treat they will most likely forget about us. 😂 We both work professionally, on a traveler in medicine and another in real estate. Opening up the upstairs area for one person preferably with no pets. We live a happy life, and like to explore and be outdoors and spend time with friends and family. We like to invite people from time to time so it’s a great chance to meet others just like us. We are kind and responsible and would expect our roomie to be as well.
