Hello! If you’re looking for a cozy and quiet home, look no further:) This listing is for multiple Private Rooms in a furnished shared home minutes away from HWY 395, shops & fine dining. There’s currently 1 tenant and 3 private rooms available. 1 bathroom is shared and the other is apart of the master bedroom (currently occupied).

Each room is furnished with a king size bed, 3 drawer storage organizer, lamp, plenty of closet space and Smart TV. If you have your own furniture, that’s no problem, all items can be easily stored away!

There’s currently 1 well behaved cats at the house. Unfortunately we don’t accept tenants with children. There’s no smoking inside the house, backyard is fine.

Included: Cleaning service for common areas, utilities, WiFi, access to laundry room, towels (if needed). Not Included: Toiletries

Hello! I’m Ashlee or Ash for short. I just recently moved to Adelanto. I’m renting out rooms to help out with the mortgage. Currently it’s me and a couple living in the house. We’re all in our early 20s and very clean and quiet. We’re looking for other roommates that are quiet, clean and in need of a fully furnished home/private room. We’re all pretty chill and communicative with one another. We also hold board game nights sometimes:)
