This is a beautiful quiet little house right next to the college, Contra Costa College no drama series people only they give a 30 day notice they get their thousand dollar deposit back providing there is no outstanding damage to the bedroom or a high phone bill or anything missing from the house no company this is my home quiet place it is for somebody who is seriously working in school and doesn’t have time to play games if you are interested, you must be Covid vaccinated and all your booster is up-to-date

One person and a cat i’m a quiet person I study do you online college my cat is loving she’s not an outside cat she’s never been outside. She’s an indoor cat only. We also have laundry facility here in the unit. Free free cable, free parking.
