Your room would be furnished with its own bed, closet, tv, and ac/heating unit. Carpet floors , a nice big window looking into the dog run which has a huge dresser underneath it. Also comes with shared dryer and washer in the garage.

Hey there! My fiancé and I just moved to the island and are looking for someone to rent out one of our rooms! We have two rooms you can choose from with a private bathroom down the hall. We own two dogs so if your an animal lover you’ll fit right in! It’s a good sized home that has a huge kitchen space that has everything you need and a beautiful living room/ dining room area next to it. There is a spacious backyard and parking in the driveway/ garage. Also comes with a shared washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The rooms come with a ac/heating unit, bed, dresser, and tv. Utilities would be included. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself and be relatively quiet once it hits night time. We are also 420 friendly so we will need someone that is okay with that lifestyle.
