I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me for the master bedroom in a two bedroom, two bath apartment.

The room is very spacious and has its own private bathroom and plenty of closet space. It also comes with a designated covered parking space under the building.

The complex has a beautiful pool and hot tub, gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, half-basketball court, putting green, sauna, steam room, and a clubhouse with an amazing view of the Newport Bay. The complex also has its own market and hair salon.

The complex is in a great location right next to Fashion Island and tons of other shops and restaurants, and only a 5-10 minute drive to the harbor/beach.

The apartment doesn’t have AC but it’s basically never needed since it’s so close to the beach. The complex has washer/dryer facilities onsite.
