Location: Apartment is located 5 min from both the 405 and the 170 freeway. 2 minutes walking distance from LAVC, 20 minute drive from CSUN, UCLA, and Pierce College.

Utilities: Utilities are not included in rent, which include: Internet, Gas, LADWP. Utilities come out to approx. $100 a month.

Deposit necessary which is month and half of rent, $1200. Proof of income is also necessary, pay stub or W2.
