Vee's room

Cozy, beautiful, furnished, private Room (350 sft) with spacious private full Bathroom, in three level town house (2000 sft) with pool, occupied by just me (female. mid-30’s) available for ONE tenant (no pets). The room is located in a great area of Chatsworth, just minutes to shopping and restaurants and public transportation, close to freeway access and 20 minutes to LA Downtown, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Beaches, etc. The room has a linen twin day bed, a large dresser and large closet, Smart TV, writing desk, and all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. It comes with bedding, linens, towels, toiletries, etc. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, which you have access to. The kitchen has everything you need, top appliances, including, fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, espresso maker, microwave, air fryer, and much more.

I work from home and would prefer a tenant who is a professional that does not work from home. Move in costs: First, Security, Last: Total: $3800.

PLEASE NOTE: No guests are allowed on the premises at any time, and the room is only available for ONE person.

I own music library and place misc in film and TV and commercials. I’m quiet, neat, and I do not into parties, and don’t have many guests. I have two small dogs. I live in the town home alone, and am looking for a reliable roomie that does not work from home.
