Amanda's room

I have an extra room in my home with a closet, a window to the fenced backyard, and a bathroom across the hall. There is also an extra linen closet that can be used. There is space in the driveway to park and storage space available in the garage. Washer/dryer are also in the garage. If you wanted to paint the room I’m down for that. (Also the stuff in the pictures obviously would be moved and the bathroom decor can me taken out). The house has an alarm system and security cameras for safety.

I’m the only occupant of the house and only have room for one roommate. I have a 2 year old dog that is dog and cat friendly. At the moment I’m between jobs so I’m home at random times. My boyfriend stays with me on some weekends and on others I stay with him. I like to keep the house clean and I’m pretty quiet and calm. I don’t mind noise though. I’m very respectful of others and their things and take my roommates concerns and requests seriously. I’m pretty easy going and really want a good roommate experience:)
