Hickory Valley Road

It is called Arden Landing Apartment. It is a 2 Bedroom; individual(own) bathrooms. Master bedroom; furnished with bed, but could bring own mattress if needed. I have utensils, and cutlery available. Washer/Dryer inside. The home location is about 8 mins drive away from Walmart, and other grocery places. Home location is also about 12 mins drive from Chattanooga Downtown. The atmosphere is mostly quiet. By January 1st 2024, the room should be ready, but call/text me so that we can be on the same page.

My name is Kwaku. I am from Ghana, located in West Africa. The name Kwaku is due to me being born on a Wednesday :) I have somewhat of a usual routine for keeping the house tidy :) I would work with a roommate as long as they’re willing to work with me. Communication is key. I would appreciate love, honesty, respect, and integrity :) I am a student at UTC, and I play video games for leisure. I also have a full time work so that keeps me out too. I do visit family from time to time. I usually stay in my room, but would come out as needed.
