I own a 3bdr/2bth house in Toney, AL. Your bedroom would be straight across the hall from your bathroom (the biggest bathroom in the house). The house is already fully furnished, except for your bedroom. My home is in a quiet neighborhood close to a culdesac, so not a lot of traffic on my road. I have a massive fenced in backyard.

I am 30 years old. I work two jobs (HR & Serving). I am a side hustler as well. Hardworking to say the least. I am a very clean & respectful person. I spend my off time at the gym, church, with friends/family. I have a very tight circle (less drama that way). I eat pretty healthy as well. Making sure my bills are paid is first priority. I am a social drinker, not a smoker of any sort.

I am looking for a female that is hardworking, dependable, trustworthy, tidy & respectful. Age does not matter as long as they are drama free. You must like animals (I have 2 cats & a bully pup). Like schedules preferably, but not necessary. Must understand bills come first over FUN. I do not want random guys running in and out of my house (they must be respectful as well).

I want this person to be a friend, not just a roommate.
