One bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom backhouse. You will have very respectful, quiet roommates. You must be LGBT+ friendly. You will have access to the whole house as the bathroom, living room, kitchen and small private yard will be common areas. We ask you to be drug free & no drama 😁 Bills are included, and we ask you to be mindful of that because light and gas are super expensive right now. We are looking for a respectful, responsible, and kind adult. We are covid responsible as our young son is in remission. 😷🫡

We keep to our selfs and we are very private people. There are dogs on the property but none in the back house, it has a private yard and the dogs don’t go in there.
