About the room
This is a Preferred Properties Northwest townhouse, super close to campus (10 minute walk) and Fred Meyer’s. If you go to their website you will be able to see pictures and even a virtual tour of the townhouse. It is a 5 person household with 3 bathrooms and 3 stories, as well as a two-car garage. The available rooms are on the 3rd story. Utilities are generally $60-80 a month. We are open to pets but the complex does not allow it unless they are ESA, so if you have a pet that is ESA we are definitely open to that!
We currently have 2 roommates moving out this summer for sure, and one who may or may not renew their lease. So we’ll be looking for 2-3 new roommates!
About the roomies
We are both current students at OSU, one in the Veterinary program (23f) and one majoring in Natural Resources(26f). We’re both really friendly, plant and animal lovers, and do a good job of keeping the space inviting. Not a big party house but will host the occasional get together (:
