Hello everyone! I have a very nice room with hardwood floors and a large closet available in a beautiful neighborhood in the Richmond district.

The flat is one block away from Golden Gate Park and very close to Ocean Beach. Lots of public transportation near by as well as plenty of street parking. Walk a few blocks up the street and find Balboa Village, a local strip with cafe’s, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, etc. This is a very safe, clean and generally quiet family neighborhood.

This bedroom is about 11’4“ x 10’ feet and has a big window with lots of light.

The living room / lounge has a big screen TV and pool table. The apartment has a nice kitchen that includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal and we also have a gas weber BBQ on the nearby patio. In the garage we also have laundry (washer and dryer).

The rent for this room is $1,495 + 1/4 of the utilities. Utilities include electric, gas, water, trash, TV, fiber internet (1gb per second up and down), monthly cleaning service.
