We have a very nice room with hardwood floors available in a 3 bedroom flat in a beautiful neighborhood in the Richmond district.
The flat is one block away from Golden Gate Park and very close to Ocean Beach. Lots of public transportation near by as well as plenty of street parking.
The bedroom is about 11x10 feet and has a large closet and big window with lots of light.
The living room / lounge has a big screen TV and pool table. The apartment has a very nice kitchen that includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal and we also have a gas weber BBQ too. We also have a laundry (washer and dryer) in the garage. The apartment has great hardwood floors.
The rent for this room is $1175 + utilities. This room can come completely unfurnished or include some basic furniture if desired (Bed, dresser, etc).
