Luke's room

I have a very nice and large furnished Primary Bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom available starting March 1st.

This flat is in a beautiful neighborhood in the Richmond district of SF. We are only one block away from Golden Gate Park and very close to Ocean Beach. Lots of public transportation near by as well as plenty of street parking.

This is about 14 x 12.5 feet and has a large walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom with tub and shower. This room also has a big window with lots of light.

The living room / lounge has a big screen TV and pool table. The apartment has a very nice kitchen that includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal and we also have a gas weber BBQ. We have laundry (washer and dryer) in the garage. The apartment also has great hardwood floors and the bedroom is carpeted.

We are looking for a responsible, nice and tidy person for this room. Someone who will fit in with roomies, pay rent on time, clean up after themself and are enjoyable to be around.

The rent for this room is $1595 + $175 for utilities. This room comes furnished with some basic furniture - Bed, dresser, etc.
