The back yard is fully fenced in, which is the only common space shared with the upper unit. Reminder, the whole place is already furnished, you would would only need to furnish a bedroom. And which ever one you pick from the main floor of the lower unit, the other one is meant to be a furnished temporary guest bedroom for my friends/family or yours with proper advanced communication and agreements.

I am a mid-40’s single white male IT professional and global entrepreneur that travels a fair amount, so you will likely have the place entirely to yourself at times. Into the arts, tech, design, and adventure travel myself, e.g. surf safaris, snowboarding, scuba diving, and mountain climbing type adventures. I’m open to male or female professionals of any ethnicity, and will happily introduce you to the neighborhood and the city if you are new to town. The upstairs tenants are a couple who run a private security company, but they’ve been great and the only shared space is the back yard.
