Located a few blocks down from Towson University. Within walking distance to Trader Joe’s, CVS, Walgreens, Safeway, Goodwill, and a bunch of other spots including restaurants, gas stations, shops, etc. 15 min. drive to just about anywhere else you could need (ALDI, Target, Whole Foods, etc.). The apartment itself is pretty spacious. Futon in the living room, dining table, separate food pantry for extra food storage. The room is fairly sizeable with a walk-in closet and space enough for a large bed. Dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer and the rental price listed is including the gas and internet bill. It will also likely be less if you don’t own a pet (won’t have to pay the pet fee). I also have a dog, an 11 year old Pekingese named Cream. I’m still waiting on my old roommate to finish moving out their stuff, but when they do I’ll take more photos of the empty space so you can see for yourself the sizing!
