West 10th Street

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story house. The downstairs is partially finished and can be used to store any personal items. I will move all my daughters items from her bathroom into mine so you can store your items in there. She will continue to use the bathtub as my bathroom just has a shower. You are welcome to use my shower and bathroom as well. I am not a clean freak but so expect common courtesy and not someone that is a slob. The house just has my 5 year old daughter and myself. I am non judge mental if you are a smoker and 420 friendly. Just ask that yo I keep that outside. Smoking of anything inside is absolutely prohibited. I have a front and back deck you are welcome to use. The rent includes all bills and WiFi. You will need to either throw down on groceries or provide your own if you have a special diet. As a single father I cook every night and am completely willing to share. If you would prefer to cook your own meals I just ask you clean up after yourself.

I am really easy going. My daughter is 5 so you will be dealing with a busy 5 year old around. We are usually always at the house. I try to keep a clean house. I would not say it stays spotless but it is certainly more on the clean side. We would possibly consider a dog depending on a few circumstances (age, breed, habits, potty trained). If you’re going to have guests I just ask that they are not criminals or drug heads. I do not want that around my daughter. As I mentioned I am okay with 420 and smokers as long as they keep it outside. Any other questions just ask. Thanks
