Apartment common areas are furnished, and inhabited by two cats and myself, and it is a shared bathroom. Available room is an unfurnished single bedroom; dimensions are 9.8’x9.4’ with a private closet. There is space for storage in the common areas, and room for more furniture and decoration as it fits.

Hi, I’m Julie! I’m a 28 year old queer woman. I’m a PNW native, and have been in Portland since 2013. I have been the main roommate here since May 2020, and have been utterly charmed by the location. I’m fairly acquainted with the other neighbors in my building, and have two lovely indoor cats to keep me company. My cats are Nugget, 10 years old, and Baby Kitten, 7 years old. Nugget is a long hair mixed breed kitty, and he’s a major cuddle bug who warms up quickly! Baby Kitten is a short hair mixed breed kitty; she’s much more quiet but once she warms up she’ll play fetch with you! I am employed in the public sector, and work from home most of the time. I’m a quiet homebody, an animal lover, and consume an omnivore diet. I use public transit as my mode of transportation. I’m pretty tidy, love to collaborate (and talk in general), and I’m fully vaccinated (COVID-19). If I’m not working, you can usually find me playing some sort of video game, reading a book, updating my poshmark, watching some TV, or youtube, or doing some arts and crafts!
