• Washer/Dryer in basement
• Cleaning service every 2 weeks ($35/person)

First floor: Theres a living room along with 2 bedrooms (master and smaller bedroom). You will find a nice kitchen along with a dining room and bathroom.

Second floor: There’s one bedroom with an office/ closet area up the stairs to the left. On the right hand side you will past a nice sized living area and see a second bedroom. There’s also a bathroom upstairs. (The Upstairs second bedroom is ONLY available , check labeled pics)

Move in Date: September 25/26

I’m a 25 year old UConn alumni and now working professional. Currently living with 2 other working professionals who stay to themselves. We’re looking for a clean and respectful person to live with.
