Furnished Bedroom: Included Bed & Mattress, mini fridge, microwave, TV with stand, end table, dresser in closet, Very convenient walking distance to Groceries,(Stater-Bros) banking, (Wells Fargo) restaurants (including Star bucks) , & Bus stop. No guests and especially no overnight guests. Prefer someone that doesn’t cook, as we provide a mini fridge & microwave in bedroom. No alcohol. Looking for someone that is employed full time. Pretty much looking for a person like us; that are friendly, easy going, respectful, maintains their room clean and pays their bills on time. We do require a background check & credit check.

We are semi-tired Couple with our 26 year Son who is currently attending College and living with us. We have no pets. We enjoy watching movies, news on TV, & reading. We usually play music often on and off during the day. Especially when cleaning the house. We are friendly, easy going and Progressive in our political views. We like people to be respectful, clean, doesn’t smoke or drink, pay their bills on time.
